Communication is very poor. The time it took to repair vehicle is very very poor in timeliness. I will not take my vehicle there again unless it is due to work they performed.

It took 2 days to find and fix a leak that they just had to hook up the diagnostic machine to. 240 for that and it was a hose clamp leak something the diagnostic machine can't find. Then they found another leak that took 7 more days to repair. They said it would be done on Monday then Tuesday then finally it was finished on Wednesday. They treat your time like it doesn't matter. They pull your vehicle out and then you have to get in line to get back in the shop so your vehicle will get repaired. I will not recommend them for ANYTHING. STAY AWAY.

From beginning to end, the experience was magnificent. Big John does not want to sell you a vehicle, he wants you as a life time customer where trust is the theme. Integrity describes him to a T. Will always buy from him.
